1993
Beijing Master Automatic control Engineering Co.,Ltd came into existence in Beijing on June 15th. Master was one of the early professional corporations who engaged in building intelligence system of constructions. Master introduced the building automatic control products of the US Andover Corporation into China. And in the same year, Master took in the building automatic conttrol system of the Beijing Changan Club. |

1994
With business expanding, a large number of senior engineers joined Master successively. We was granted the agency of fire alam system by the US Edwards Corporation in June. |

1995
In April we undertook the fire alam system of the first phase of Beijing West Railway Station whose square is 150,000 sq.m, and later in succession we undertook the building automatic control system and the fire alarm system of the Beijing West Railway Station whose total square is 540,000 sq.m.
In September we first appied the building automatic control system, whose ethernet network is of 10M bandwidth, to the office building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the P.R. China.
The two projects above are the first landmarks since Master was founded. |

1996
In October we first applied the building automatic control system, whose os to connect the client and server into a network, to the Head Office of China Construction Bank office building. We are the first one who ran the AV system successfully in China. |

1997
In April we undertook the weak current systems of the Qingdao Estong Crown Holiday Hotel, and integrated the six subsystems successfully. This is an epoch-making attemp on solutions of intelligent buildings.
In October, we came member of Beijing Fire Institute. |

1998
In April we undertook the building automatic control system and fire alarm system of the Military Commission of the Center Committee Office Building.
In June we held the fifth anniversary celebration and party in Beijing Changan Club, and we were authorized the be the first supplier of Closed-circuit Television Monitoring System in North China by the US Pelco Company. In the same month, we formed the After Service Department which is in charge of supplying technical support to the systems in use. Thence Master set up the integration of selling, constructing and servicing, which fully incarnated thetenet of Master, supply our clients with all-side and excellent technical support.
On December 17th, Beijing Master System Engineer Co., Ltd was founded. |

1999
In June we undertook the whole intelligent weak current systems project of the Chengdu
Jingshui Mansion. the design decision of that project was the most advanced at that time in China. And the project was chosen through public appraisal as country wide experimental intelligent construction by Ministry of Construction.
In July we got the Certificate of the ISO-9002 Quality System Certification. The management of our company was formally in line with international practice.
In November our office moved to Room 908, Prime Tower, No.22 Chaoyang Street from Xizhimei.
In December we completed the whole weak current systems of the second phase of China World Trade Center successfully. And we became the first enterpraise in China who could complete the whole weak current systems project independently. On this project, we provided an integrantion of designing, supplying, furnishing, debugging and servicing. This is an important pace for us to exploit the world market. |

2000
In August we achieved the first level qualification on special designed construction by the Ministry of Construction.
In December the website of Master, http://www.master.com.cn, was put into service. |

2001
In July we was selected the first group of the enterpraises free of check in Zhongguancun.
In December we held the completion and hand over ceremony of the China Millennium Monument's weak current system projects. In this project we integranted 11 subsystems successfully. And this project was checked and accepted by experts from the Ministry of Constructin. |

2002
In March we entered into the contract of intenlligent weak current system project of the Supreme Pelple's Court Office building. And we recieved the quality certificate of the ISO9001:2000 system and the certificate if the UKAS system, so we finished transition of the company's quanlity certification system from the edition of 1994 to the edition of 2000.
In April we suppied technical support to the station where the representives of the 16th National Congress stayed.
With the After Service Department expanding, Beijing Master Property Management Co.,Ltd was found. With the excellent products we surrogatting, our rich technical strength, our abundant experience of construction and our favorable public praise, the total tender we won in this year was over hundred and eighty million. We became the No.1 in the industry. |

2003
In february we completed the whole weak current systems of the national Information Comprehensive Building successfully. We applied the international advanced technology to this
project. This project represented the highest level of building intelligence systems and systems integration in China at that time.
In May during SARS raging, we helped the Tumor Hospital, the China-Japan Friendship Hospital,the Anzhen Hospital to install security systems and monitoring system, supporting them to fight against SARS by our real actions. We enterde into the contract of the whole building intelligence systems of Zhongguancun Software Square and Zhongguancun west district underground space. We were asked participate in the perspective long-term plan by the owers, supplying technical support to construct a digital Zhongguancun.
Beijing Master Automatic Control Co., Ltd walked into its tenth birthday. In the ten years,Master had undertaken over 160 projects, and had become pioneer of the intelligence construction industry.
On August 1st Master held the tenth anniversary celebration in the Beijing Changan Club. In December we wntered into the contract of wael current systems project of first phase of the Beijing Fortune Plaza Center. This project may fairly claim to be the most advanced bulk of intelligence building in CBD of Beijing. This project made our outstanding achievements moresplendid. Our tenth year got a satisfactory ending. |

2004
In March with our powerful competitive capability and outstanding design project, we won the tender of weak current systems of the first phase of National Theater. We updated the building automatic systems of Jingdu Xinyuan Mansion (from 8000 system to continuum 1.5 system). This project is our first updating project.
In May as we concerned of the development of our society, we established contact woth the Xingzhi School which is set uo for the rural workers' children, and we subscribe to the school. In June we entered into the contract of the Xihuan Plaza which is the hinge of the Xizhimen traffic fortress. In December, we obtianed the first level quanlifucation of fire facilities construction projects.

In January we subscibed to the disaster area of the Pacific tidal wave.
In May we entered into the contract with the Ministry of Public Security of supplying equipmwnts to their office building. And won the tender of weak current systems of CYTS Mansion.
In September, we got the certificate of the OHSA Quality System Certification. And we entered into the contract of weak current systems project of Beihang University Southeast Teaching and Researching building. |
